Location: Santa Teresa, NM | 100% on-sitePay: $55–$75/hour W2Contract Length: 12+ monthsContract Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, auxiliary plans, sick/PTO and retention bonuses!
Innovar Group is seeking experienced Construction QA/QC Specialists to support a large-scale data center development in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys working in the field, verifying installation quality, and helping teams resolve issues before turnover.
Join a close-knit project team where contractors and direct employees work side by side and are valued as part of the same team. Travel or relocation support may be considered for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be DoingPerform field inspections to verify construction work meets project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and inspection and test plans.Identify quality deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions, and verify issues are resolved.Work with contractors, engineering teams, and commissioning personnel to address installation and quality concerns.Support project turnover by helping ensure inspections are complete and quality records are organized.
What You Bring5–8+ years of construction QA/QC experience.Experience supporting data centers, semiconductor fabrication facilities, heavy industrial, or other mission-critical construction.Hands-on experience with field inspections, quality documentation, inspection and test plans, and corrective actions.Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications and communicate quality requirements clearly.Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing QA/QC experience is strongly preferred.
