F5 Weddings is Hiring | Client Servicing Manager
Location: Andheri W,Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
Industry: Luxury Weddings
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients
- Understand client vision, requirements, and expectations
- Coordinate internally with planning, décor, and operations teams
- Support in proposal creation, presentations, and planning timelines
- Ensure a high-touch, premium client experience throughout the wedding journey
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Client Services and Client Relations in luxury weddings
- Strong presentation & pitch skills
- Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills for handling complex events
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external vendors
- Past experience in event planning, hospitality, or luxury services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
- Must be based in Mumbai
