Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accounts & Admin Officer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves managing daily admin management of the centre, performing financial transactions using Tally Software, including preparing financial statements, overseeing the use of front-office accounting software, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position requires maintaining accuracy in financial reporting while supporting other administrative functions of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software (daily usage requirement) and foundational knowledge of Accounting practices
• Ability to oversee the Front Office Accounts Team
• Ability to oversee various administrative activities of the centre
• Strong Analytical Skills to review data and financial records effectively
• Knowledge of Finance and related concepts to support budget monitoring and resource management
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with local financial regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage
