Hiring: Lead – Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) | Band 4 B
We are looking for an experienced Lead – AR & AP to drive end-to-end service delivery and process excellence using SAP S/4 HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations leveraging SAP S/4 HANA capabilities.
Act as the Process Owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP-driven finance operations.
Drive automation and digital transformation through SAP Workflows, SAP Fiori Apps, and RPA integrations.
Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
Generate business insights using SAP Embedded Analytics and reporting tools.
Manage operational escalations, governance reviews, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure compliance with SOX , audit requirements, and internal financial controls.
Support SAP S/4 HANA transformation, migration, implementation, and stabilization initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA is mandatory.
Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Workflows, Embedded Analytics, and RPA is preferred.
Strong understanding of SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
