• Develop detailed construction documents for various project types, including Stormwater Design, Subdivisions, Commercial Site layouts, Preliminary Plats, SWPPP, Grading, Drainage, Water, and Sewer Systems.
• Utilize Civil 3D and other analysis/modelling software’s for design tasks including designing site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, surface modelling, and analysis.
• Organize and execute the preparation of base drawings, plans, and exhibits using CAD.
• Take ownership of land development projects, overseeing aspects such as master-planned communities, residential and industrial developments, and mixed-use retail projects.
• Perform quality control (QA/QC) of models and sheet files to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure project success.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new technologies or methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes across projects.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.E/ B. Tech)
• Master's Degree is an added advantage

• Experience in Land Development and Civil Design projects from USA or Europe.
• Highly skilled in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil-3D.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with organizational abilities.
• Proven proficiency in both written and oral communication.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, site planning, and design terminologies.
• Collaborative skills with Clients, Stakeholders, Project Management and Design Teams
• Provide training & mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them through technical development.
