Job Overview

• Role: Field Sales Executive
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Field Work)
• Location: Cochin (Kochi), Kerala

In this role, you will meet prospective customers across Cochin, introduce them to stock market trading and investment services, and help them open accounts.

Who Can Apply?

• Experience: Professionals with up to 3 years of sales experience OR fresh graduates with good personal experience trading in the share market — freshers must have actual hands-on experience on trading of stocks and other exchange related products. Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or passing interest in the stock market, without real trading experience, will not be considered.
• Employment Gaps: Candidates with a gap of more than 3 months in their education or employment history need not apply.
• Market Interest: Strong working knowledge of share markets, trading, or mutual funds.
• Communication Skills: Must be fluent in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.

What You Will Do

• Meet Clients: Visit potential investors across Cochin through field work, direct meetings, and references.
• Explain Financial Services: Introduce stock trading accounts, mutual funds, and investment options offered by our client.
• Convert Leads: Guide interested customers and help them become active investors.
• Assist with Onboarding: Help clients fill out account opening forms, complete KYC, and upload documents accurately.
• Maintain Relationships: Be the friendly, go-to contact person for your clients.
• Report Daily Work: Update your daily customer visits and sales progress in simple tracking tools.

Salary & Benefits

• For Freshers: Fixed monthly salary up to ₹15,000.
• For Experienced Candidates: Fixed monthly salary up to ₹30,000.
