Role Description We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer with strong fundamentals in visual design who can independently take projects from concept to final output. The primary focus is original graphic design and creative execution. AI knowledge is an added advantage and should support—not replace—strong design skills. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead branding and logo design initiatives, refine typography and layout standards, and ensure consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. They will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives, incorporating AI-driven design tools and workflows where appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics, managing multiple design projects, maintaining brand guidelines, iterating based on feedback, and delivering production-ready assets on schedule.

Qualifications

• Design flyers, posters and marketing creatives .

• Create mood boards and creative concepts .

• Design email campaigns and broadcast creatives .

• Create product catalogs, brochures and presentations .

• Design product-focused marketing creatives.

• Create social media and digital marketing assets.

• Edit, retouch and enhance product images.

• Develop layouts, typography and visual compositions.

• Create reusable templates and design systems.

• Maintain consistency across brand and marketing materials.

• Take a brief and independently develop the creative direction.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality work.
• Experience with Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving visual identities for products and businesses.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with the ability to craft clear, readable, and visually engaging compositions.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Blender and other relevant tools).
• Experience integrating AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance creativity, efficiency, and output quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a user-centered approach to design for retail and e-commerce environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or product-focused design environments is an advantage.
