Job Description
Associate Dentist Opportunity – Advanced Digital Dentistry
Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.
Looking for more than just another associate position?
Join a progressive, technology-driven private practice where you'll practice cutting-edge dentistry while being mentored in procedures that many dentists don't gain experience with until much later in their careers.
We're seeking an ambitious dentist approximately 3–5 years out of dental school who wants to continually improve, embrace technology, and become an exceptional clinician.
Position
- Part-time (2 days per week)
- Modern private practice in Honolulu
- Competitive compensation
- Mentorship with significant opportunities for clinical growth
What Makes Our Office Different
This is not a high-volume corporate office. We invest heavily in technology, education, and comprehensive patient care.
You'll gain hands-on experience with:
- Same-day CAD/CAM crowns
- Digital smile design
- 3D CBCT diagnosis and treatment planning
- Guided implant surgery
- Digital implant workflows
- Intraoral scanning
- 3D printing applications
- Advanced cosmetic dentistry
- Complex restorative treatment planning
- Digital photography and documentation
- AI-assisted workflows and modern practice technology
You'll work alongside a dentist passionate about teaching advanced techniques while encouraging you to grow at your own pace. xzbcwsv
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years of clinical experience (newer dentists with strong motivation are encouraged to apply)
- Wants to become an excellent clinician—not just produce more dentistry
- Enjoys learning new technology
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented
- Takes pride in providing exceptional patient care
Why Join Us?
Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our team. If you're looking for an environment where you'll continually learn, be challenged, and develop skills that set you apart from the average general dentist, we'd love to meet you.
If you're excited by digital dentistry, implants, CAD/CAM, and comprehensive patient care, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
