I'm working closely with a trusted, respected, and organically growing Heavy Civil Structural General Contractor. Actively seeking an experienced superintendent to lead self performing crews and take real ownership across unique, complex and flagship mega projects maintaining the safety first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Run ironworker crews on structural steel erection, owning safety, quality and production on site.
• Work directly with fabricators to keep material arriving on time and erection sequences on schedule.
• Check workmanship against drawings and specs so every lift is right the first time.
• Review and correct shop and erection drawings, catching problems before they hit the field.
• Turn contract specs and scopes into clear, practical direction for your crews.
• Keep sites safe and maintain strong working relationships with the trades.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of relevant structural steel experience, including supervision of ironworker crews on erection and/or demolition projects.
• Proven ability to read, review and correct shop and erection drawings, with excellent attention to detail.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• A collaborative approach and a track record of working effectively within a wider project team.
