JOB No. 115 –Junior Architect/ Interior Designer - BIM

Role Description JOB No. 115 – Junior Architect/Interior Designer - BIM is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The team member will support the development of interior BIM models and drawings, and assist in space planning and detailed design documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with senior designers and architects, integrating design changes into BIM models. The role also involves collaborating with team leaders ensuring design intent is maintained through construction documentation and assisting with design revisions to meet client requirements and project timelines. Qualifications Good foundation in Interior Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and BIM models. Experience with BIM tools and Software Development or Integration in the context of design workflows (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms). Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including coordination, scheduling, and documentation for design projects. Proficiency in Revit & Cad software, and familiarity with interior detailing, materials, and finishes. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Strong visual, technical, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Prior junior experience in interior or architectural firms is an advantage; knowledge of local building codes and standards is beneficial.
