What You'll DoSupervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing clinical guidanceEvaluate candidates during the hiring process to ensure strong clinical fitLead new hire orientation and facilitate Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) trainingConduct competency assessments, coaching sessions, and performance evaluationsOversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ensure high-quality ABA servicesPartner with school staff and families to support student successParticipate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendationsEnsure documentation and supervision meet BACB standardsTravel to school sites throughout Vista as needed
What You'll BringActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationExperience supervising or mentoring RBTs or clinical staffStrong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesExcellent communication, coaching, and leadership skillsAbility to travel to school sites throughout VistaSchool-based or special education experience preferredCPI Instructor certification is a plus
