Role Description The Dietician will provide individualized nutritional counseling and design personalized diet plans aligned with each client’s health status, weight management goals, and lifestyle. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments, reviewing medical history, creating and updating meal plans, and offering medical nutrition therapy in collaboration with other health professionals when needed. The role involves tracking client progress, adjusting programs based on outcomes, and offering ongoing education, motivation, and behavioral support through in-person consultations and follow-ups. The Dietician will also contribute to program development, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold evidence-based, ethical practice standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based guidelines to practical meal planning.
• Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling and Weight Management, including designing customized, sustainable programs for diverse clients.
• Experience with Medical Nutrition Therapy, especially in managing lifestyle-related conditions and supporting clinical treatment plans.
• Relevant degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; professional certification or registration as a dietician/nutritionist is preferred.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach clients through behavior change.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, strong record-keeping skills, and comfort using digital tools to monitor client progress.
• Prior experience in weight management or lifestyle medicine settings is an advantage; fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
