Our client, a top plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks an associate attorney with 4 plus years of experience to join the firm's medical malpractice birth defect team. Job duties include: motion practice, case management, court appearances, deposition, legal drafting and research experience.

Candidates with plaintiff's OR defense med mal, personal injury or mass tort experience encouraged to apply. Will also consider criminal prosecutors with trial experience looking to segue to plaintiff's civil litigation practice.

MD Bar required. Lifestyle firm. Ability to work on interesting, complex and timely litigation.

Generous base salary plus bonus.
