Arora Builing Supplies is looking for a motivated, organized, and confident Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. If you're comfortable speaking with clients, enjoy staying organized, and want to grow with a fast-paced company, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
• Update and manage CRM records
• Handle email and calendar management
• Perform data entry and online research
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation
• Assist with daily administrative tasks
• Support the team with other business operations as needed

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in cold calling, sales required

Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software

Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
