Team, New and Interesting Projects.Desired Skills/Experience:Standard SAP SC/WM Optimization & Fit-Gap Analysis: Enforce the minimal-customization policy by auditing current Supply Chain (SC) and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) workflows, evaluating change requests, and prioritizing native SAP features over custom developments.Project Leadership & UAT Coordination: Lead continuous improvement projects across sales, distribution, and warehouse operations by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Logistics Reporting & SAP Analytics: Design and deliver operational analytics, delivery performance metrics, and inventory reports utilizing SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics and standard SC/WM reporting tools.End-User Training & Enablement: Develop role-based training materials and conduct enablement sessions for warehouse operators and sales admin teams to ensure high adoption and eliminate shadow tracking systems.Data Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee material master, customer master, and warehouse bin data integrity while acting as the primary project liaison between supply chain, sales leadership, and IT technical teams.Pluses:Formal or Informal SAP Training and/or certificationsA BS DegreeExperience working in a similar SAP Business Analyst role for a Manufacturing or Supply-Chain-Distribution type company.Competitive Compensation and Excellent Benefits.Note: Relocation Assistance is Offered for this permanent-direct hire role.Hybrid Schedule: work on site 3-days per week.\nCompany DescriptionVery Stable, U.S. based manufacturing company with customers in various industries.Company DescriptionVery Stable, U.S. based manufacturing company with customers in various industries.
