We’re looking for a Licensed Therapist to join ourChild & Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Willoughby, OH.This role is an important part of the team in our Partial Hospitalization Program- treating adolescents struggling with mental health challenges. This role includes group work, individual therapy, biopsychosocial assessment, and family work. What You’ll DoSupport adolescents participating in our Child & Adolescent IOPBuild positive, trusting relationships with patients ages 11–17Provide support to adolescents experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concernsHelp maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environmentFacilitate IOP group therapy for adolescentsSupport development of coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategiesConduct biopsychosocial assessments when neededMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team
What We’re Looking ForMust hold an active Ohio licenseLSW/ LPCLISW / LPCC preferredMaster’s degree preferred xzbcwsv Experience with group therapy facilitationExperience working with adolescents preferred
