Senior Interior Designer

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects from concept to completion and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do • Lead interior design projects from concept development through site handover. • Prepare concept presentations, space planning, material palettes, detailed drawings, and BOQs. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design solutions with confidence. • Review drawings and maintain high standards of design quality and technical accuracy. • Visit project sites regularly to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related challenges. • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in interior design. • Proven experience delivering multiple projects independently from concept to final handover. • Strong client management and presentation skills. • Excellent knowledge of materials, detailing, construction methodologies, and site execution. • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop, or other visualization tools is an advantage. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
