We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager Intern who is confident, proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with different people every day.

What you’ll be working on:

• Connecting with clients, leads and enquiries

• Managing calls, WhatsApp, email and follow-ups

• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

• Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the internal team

• Keeping CRM records and communication organised

• Following up on opportunities and helping move conversations forward

• Learning how client servicing and relationship management work in a fast-paced creative industry

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Confidence while speaking with new people

• Good written communication

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude

• Strong follow-up and organisational skills

• The ability to take feedback and adapt quickly

• An interest in client servicing, sales, marketing or relationship management
