Job Title: Business Development Manager – Healthcare Practice (Allied Healthcare)

Location: India (Remote)

What you'll do

• Develop new business with hospitals, diagnostic labs, pathology chains, research labs, and allied healthcare organizations .
• Build relationships with Hospital Administrators, Procurement, HR, Lab Directors, and Operations leaders .
• Generate contract and permanent hiring opportunities for allied healthcare talent.
• Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, relationship building, proposals, and closures.
• Expand Healthcare Practice through strategic client acquisition and long-term partnerships.

What we're looking for

• 5–10 years of Business Development / Enterprise Sales experience.
• Experience selling services (Healthcare IT, Staffing, RCM, Clinical Services, Digital Health, etc.) to healthcare clients.
• Existing network across hospitals, diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of the allied healthcare ecosystem and client buying process.
• Excellent client acquisition, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.

Allied healthcare focus

Candidates should be familiar with demand for roles such as:

• Lab Technicians
• Phlebotomists
• Research Analysts & Research Assistants
• Sample Handlers
• Medical Billers
• Medical Schedulers
• Patient Access professionals

Note: This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily in Nursing, Physician staffing, Clinical practice, or Internal Hospital HR/Talent Acquisition.
