Visa & Immigration Manager Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Industry: Travel & Tourism We are seeking an experienced and proactive Visa & Immigration Manager to lead our visa processing and immigration operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of consultants, manage complex visa and immigration cases, ensure compliance with international regulations, and deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Visa & Immigration team and daily operations. Oversee tourist, business, work permit, and immigration applications. Provide expert visa counselling and guidance to clients. Review documentation, covering letters, and application submissions. Ensure compliance with the latest immigration policies and embassy requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, embassies, consulates, and visa centers. Handle complex and escalated cases while ensuring high approval success rates. Collaborate with travel, sales, and operations teams to support business objectives. Monitor team performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience 7-10 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel consultancy. 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams within the visa or travel industry. Strong knowledge of global visa procedures, documentation, and immigration regulations. Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational abilities with a customer-focused approach. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
