BreakThrough Physical Therapy is seeking a Traveling Staff Physical Therapist to provide personalized, evidence-based outpatient care across assigned clinic locations. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver rehabilitation and sports therapy, track progress, and educate patients on recovery and wellness. Work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team in a patient-first environment, with mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, is licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina, and is prepared to travel between clinics. Help patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.
