In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric and geriatric nursing care to older adult patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, individualized care planning, safe medication administration, and ongoing monitoring of patients’ mental and physical status. You’ll respond to behavioral crises, support de-escalation, and coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, and families.
