Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive pricing.
- Manage property listings, including marketing and advertising.
- Schedule and conduct property viewing an inspections.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
- prepare sales reports and provide updates.
Key Skills:
- Graduate/post graduate with minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG/PROPERTY/PHARMA/AUTOMOBILE/BANKING/INSURANCE sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
