• Manage NRI Client Relationships Handle a portfolio of NRI customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value NRI clients.
• Understand customers’ financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• NRI Account Management Manage NRE, NRO and FCNR accounts.
• Assist customers with account opening, KYC, documentation and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations.
• Sales & Business Development Acquire new NRI customers through referrals, leads and networking.
• Cross-sell products such as:
• Deposits and investments
• Mutual funds
• Insurance
• Loans/mortgages
• Remittance services
• Credit cards
• Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
• Remittances & Foreign Exchange Assist with inward and outward remittances.
• Handle foreign-exchange-related requirements.
• Explain applicable exchange rates, charges and regulatory requirements.
• Investment & Wealth Management Understand the investment objectives of NRI customers.
• Recommend appropriate investment products based on customer profiles and risk appetite.
• Coordinate with wealth-management and investment teams where required.
• Customer Service Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, forex and other internal departments.
• Provide support to customers living overseas through phone, email and digital channels.
• Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to RBI, FEMA, AML, KYC and bank policies .
• Monitor transactions and identify unusual or potentially suspicious activity.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and records.
• Portfolio Monitoring Track customer balances, transactions, deposits and investment activity.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and wallet share.
• Regularly contact customers for relationship reviews.
