Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse on a 24-bed inpatient unit, you provide evidence-based care to adult and pediatric patients with general surgery, orthopedic, cardiac, dialysis, and other conditions. You assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, administer medications and treatments, support patient and family education, document in the EHR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, uphold safety and ethical standards, and may float to other units as patient needs change.
