Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Associate, located in Gurugram. The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing invoicing, tracking payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and resolving client payment inquiries. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely receivables processing.

We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Accounts Receivables & Reconciliations to join our growing team at Backbridge

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry Preference: Retail (E-commerce / Offline Stores)

Salary Range: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA

✅ Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of AR & reconciliation processes

• Experience in retail / e-commerce accounting preferred

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Knowledge and working experience with ERP systems

• Good communication and analytical skills
