Business Lecturer — Management / Accounting / Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and industry-grounded Business Lecturer with expertise in one or more of the following specialisations: Management, Accounting, or Marketing. The successful candidate will join our academic team to deliver engaging, practice-driven business education to undergraduate and diploma-level students. Candidates with at least 1–3 years of relevant industry or teaching experience are encouraged to apply.

Subject Areas & Expertise

• Management: Leadership & Management, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Business Strategy & Analysis, and Operations Management.
• Accounting & Finance: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, and Business Taxation principles.
• Marketing: Marketing Principles, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, and Marketing Strategy.
• Business Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) , Commerce, or Management (mandatory);
• Industry Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of recent professional experience in a business, finance, marketing, or management role.

Teaching Background: Prior experience teaching business or commerce subjects at a college, polytechnic, or vocational institute is preferred; strong industry practitioners will be considered.

• Specialisation: Candidates must clearly indicate their primary area of expertise — Management, Accounting, or Marketing — in their application.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory for this role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
