HR Executive Operations

Job Purpose : The HR Executive will handle daily HR operations and end-to-end payroll processing. The role focuses on smooth HR operations, accurate payroll, employee records, compliance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

* Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time

* Calculate salary components, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and arrears

* Handle payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, shifts, loans, and advances

* Ensure PF, ESI, PT, TDS deductions and compliance as per statutory norms

* Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reports

* Address payroll queries of employees

2. Joining & Exit Process

* Manage employee on-boarding documentation, coordination, and system entry

* Handle resignation and exit formalities including clearances and final settlement support

* Maintain exit records and handover documentation

* Process F&F calculations in coordination with payroll

3. HR Operations Support

* Support day-to-day HR activities and internal coordination

* Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

* Assist in disciplinary documentation when required

* Act as SPOC for employee grievances related to payroll and records

4. HR Reports & MIS

* Prepare HR reports - attendance, leave, headcount, attrition, payroll MIS

* Maintain trackers and dashboards using Excel

* Share regular updates with HR Head

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance - PF, ESI, PT, TDS

* Good skills in Excel and MS Word

* Ability to manage records and data accurately

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Post-Graduate
