Job Overview

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. The ICU RN will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and life-support equipment
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed
  • Assess patient responses and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on critical care plans and post-ICU recovery
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
  • Follow strict infection control and safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in applicable state(s)
  • Minimum 12 years of ICU experience preferred
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
  • Strong knowledge of ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care protocols
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
