Design and development engineer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our Design & Development team in Mongla, Bangladesh.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in design development, sampling, and product development.
Create and develop new styles based on trends, briefs, and customer requirements.
Work closely with merchandising, production, and sampling teams.
Prepare design details, specifications, and presentation materials.
Follow up on samples and ensure design accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
Graduate from NIFT or a similar fashion/design institute.
0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong design skills are welcome.
Required Skills
Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is preferred.
Willingness to work from Mongla, Bangladesh.
