Role Overview

We are hiring for the role of Assistant Professor/Technical Research Analyst (TRA), an ideal opportunity for experts passionate about Mentoring, teaching and innovation. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by contributing to industry-aligned curriculum design, delivery, creating hands-on exercises, project work while mentoring the next generation of tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver engaging and well-structured lectures and hands-on tutorials.

● Mentor students on technical projects, research initiatives, and their overall learning journey.

● Adopt modern pedagogical practices and contribute to curriculum design and enhancement.

● Provide practical exposure to industry-relevant tools, technologies, and best practices to make students job-ready.

● Collaborate with academic leadership to continuously improve student learning outcomes and performance.

● Initiate, contribute to, and lead research projects focused on innovation and real-world problem-solving.

● Guide and support students in research-oriented projects and applied research activities.

● Work with the centralized team to create the software / AI applications for strong pedagogy or contribute to innovative ideas to improve the learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications M.Tech - CSE, IT , AI &ML, or relevant fields.

Experience & Skill Requirements

• Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.
• Proficiency in programming language
