Roles & Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries)
• Convert trial classes into paid enrollments
• Handle parent inquiries and walk-ins at the centre
• Clearly explain program structure, benefits, and pricing to parents
• Build trust with parents and guide them through the decision-making process
• Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up records (CRM/Excel)
• Ensure no lead is missed or delayed beyond 24 hours
• Drive monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with coaches to schedule trial classes and feedback loops
• Follow up with parents post-trial to close enrollments
• Support on-ground events, open houses, and activations for lead generation
• Handle basic parent communication after enrollment (handover to ops)
