Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advertiser Sales professional at Popbrain, located in Noida.

The role will primarily focus on acquiring and onboarding brands and advertisers onto the Popbrain platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in Ad Tech, DSPs, programmatic advertising, digital advertising, media agencies, or performance marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential advertisers, building relationships with brands and agencies, understanding their advertising requirements, presenting Popbrain's solutions, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Advertising Sales, Ad Tech Sales, Digital Media Sales, or a related field Experience working with DSPs, programmatic advertising platforms, Ad Tech companies, media agencies, or advertising networks Proven experience in acquiring and onboarding brands or advertisers Strong understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing Understanding of advertising metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure Ability to work with sales targets and manage multiple clients Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Advertising Sales, Ad Tech, DSP, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital Media Sales Candidates with experience in DSP platforms, Ad Tech companies, media agencies, advertising networks, or performance marketing companies Strong experience in advertiser acquisition and brand onboarding Experience selling advertising solutions to brands, agencies, or advertisers Good understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem Someone who can understand advertiser requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong ownership of sales pipeline, client relationships, and revenue targets

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new brands and advertisers for Popbrain Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential advertisers and agencies Generate leads through Linked In, email, calls, industry networks, referrals, and other channels Connect with brand managers, marketing heads, performance marketing teams, media buyers, and agencies Understand advertiser objectives, budgets, target audiences, and campaign requirements Present Popbrain's advertising solutions and clearly communicate its value proposition Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure Onboard brands and advertisers onto the Popbrain platform Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and advertising agencies Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign launch and execution Monitor client requirements and identify opportunities to increase advertiser spending Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records Achieve monthly and quarterly advertiser acquisition and revenue targets Stay updated with trends in Ad Tech, DSPs, programmatic advertising, and digital media
