The role acts as the <strong>primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams </strong>, ensuring <strong>SLA adherence, service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement </strong>. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong><u>Key Skills &amp; Competencies </u> </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Functional &amp; Technical </strong> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Strong SAP expertise (S/4HANA / ECC) </li><li>Understanding of: </li><li>SAP modules (SD/MM/FICO/PP etc.) </li><li>SAP integrations (PI/PO, APIs, BTP) </li><li>Knowledge of AMS and support models </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Service Management </strong> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) </li><li>SLA/KPI governance and reporting </li><li>Experience in ServiceNow or similar tools </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Soft Skills </strong> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Stakeholder management &amp; CXO engagement </li><li>Strong communication &amp; presentation skills </li><li>Decision-making and problem solving </li><li>Team leadership across global delivery models </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualification </strong> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>15 - 25 years overall experience </li><li>Minimum 5+ years in SAP SDM / Delivery Manager role </li><li>Proven experience in: </li><li>SAP AMS &amp; project delivery </li><li>Multi-client / multi-geography engagements </li><li>Preferred: </li><li>PMP / ITIL Certification </li><li>SAP certifications </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Regards, </p><p>Bala </p>
