Opening : Junior Social Media Manager

Location : South Delhi

Working Days : Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

 Execute day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

 Support the implementation of monthly content calendars aligned with launches, exhibitions, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

 Coordinate posting schedules, captions, reels, stories, and digital campaigns.

Content & Visual Coordination

 Coordinate shoots, installations, events, BTS content, reels, and interviews.

 Work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and external collaborators.  Ensure visual consistency and alignment with the overall brand language and aesthetic.

Community & Engagement

 Manage audience engagement, DMs, comments, and online community interaction.

 Track digital trends, cultural conversations, and platform updates relevant to the luxury and design ecosystem.

 Support collaborations with media, influencers, galleries, architects, and creative partners.

Digital Ads, Reporting & Organization

 Plan and execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong working knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

 Monitor analytics, audience growth, and engagement metrics to inform ongoing campaign strategy.

 Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

 Maintain organized campaign archives, content trackers, and documentation for easy reference and reporting.
