Sales Manager – Fragrance

Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Gujarat

Job Description-

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in the fragrance industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B sales, key account management, and market development.

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate with buyers by providing technical presentations and building long-term client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding the market for new products.
• Manage and strengthen key accounts within the assigned region.
• Actively generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Ensure consistent and profitable sales growth through effective planning and sales management.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and product presentations.
• Coordinate with the Sales Operations team for timely execution and delivery of orders.
• Work closely with the R&D department to develop customized fragrance solutions based on customer requirements and briefs.
• Drive business growth by identifying and penetrating new markets.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor information related to products and industry trends.
• Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies to improve overall business performance.
• Propose and implement regional distribution strategies to improve market share and service levels.

Qualifications Required-

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the fragrance or flavour industry.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
