Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatricsConduct thorough physical examinations, health assessments, and wellness visitsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnessOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studiesDevelop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocolsPrescribe medications and provide patient education on medication managementCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure continuity of careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR systemRequirements:Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification from AANP or ANCCActive Texas RN and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensureMaster's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited programDEA registration and prescriptive authority in the state of TexasExperience in a family practice, primary care, or outpatient clinical setting preferredProficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first approachAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environmentAbout Us:Bankole Family Clinic PLLC is a trusted family medicine practice serving the Denton, TX community with high-quality, personalized healthcare for patients at every stage of life.
