<p><b>CBSE Middle &amp; Senior School Teacher (Grades 6–12) </b> </p><p><b>Location: </b> Nellore, Andhra Pradesh </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Position Overview </b> </p><p>We are seeking experienced and dedicated CBSE teachers for Middle and Senior School who possess a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, pedagogy, assessment practices, and evolving educational landscape. </p><p><br /></p><p>Beyond subject expertise, we are looking for educators who understand how CBSE functions as a complete academic framework and are committed to staying current with curriculum updates, competency-based education, and best teaching practices. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p><p><b>Teaching &amp; Learning </b> </p><ul><li>Deliver engaging, student-centred lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. </li><li>Foster conceptual understanding rather than rote learning. </li><li>Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs. </li><li>Integrate inquiry, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving into classroom practice. </li><li>Use formative and summative assessments effectively to monitor student progress. </li><li>Provide timely and meaningful feedback to students. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Curriculum &amp; Academic Excellence </b> </p><ul><li>Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum, learning outcomes, assessment guidelines, and competency-based education. -Demonstrate the ability to interpret and implement CBSE curriculum documents, competency-based assessment practices, and official CBSE circulars into effective classroom teaching and planning. </li><li>Plan lessons in alignment with CBSE expectations while incorporating innovative teaching strategies. </li><li>Develop high-quality assessments, projects, and learning experiences. </li><li>Maintain accurate academic records and documentation. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Technology Integration </b> </p><ul><li>Confidently integrate technology into everyday teaching and learning. </li><li>Use digital platforms, learning management systems, interactive tools, AI, and educational technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. </li><li>Use AI responsibly to enhance lesson planning, assessment design, differentiated instruction, student feedback, and teacher productivity while modelling ethical and responsible AI use for students </li> </ul> <p><b>Student Development and Collaboration </b> </p><ul><li>Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. </li><li>Build strong relationships with students based on trust and mutual respect. </li><li>Encourage curiosity, independence, resilience, and responsibility. </li><li>Support students' academic, social, and emotional development. </li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan curriculum, assessments, interdisciplinary learning, and school initiatives. </li><li>Participate actively in staff meetings, professional learning, school events, and parent interactions. </li><li>Contribute positively to the overall school culture. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Essential Qualifications </b> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject. </li><li>B.Ed. (Mandatory). </li><li>Master's Degree preferred. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Experience and Essential Skills </b> </p><ul><li>Minimum <b>5 years </b> of teaching experience in a recognised CBSE school (subject to role). </li><li>Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum implementation across Middle and/or Senior School. </li><li>Experience teaching CBSE Board classes will be an added advantage. </li><li>Experience in competency-based learning and assessment is preferred. </li><li>Have an in-depth understanding of CBSE policies, curriculum frameworks, assessment practices, and academic expectations, beyond subject knowledge. </li><li>Stay updated with the latest CBSE circulars, curriculum revisions, examination reforms, competency-based assessment models, and educational best practices. </li> </ul>
