Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Pulaski, NY Job Type: Full-Time

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in industrial controls, product development, and electrical system design? We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive innovation across a portfolio of engineered industrial products.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical engineering efforts for new and existing product lines.Design, develop, and optimize electrical and controls systems to ensure safety, reliability, manufacturability, and performance.Serve as the subject matter expert for electrical engineering, providing guidance to cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Project Management.Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and custom-engineered solutions.Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations, including UL, NEC, NFPA, and CSA.Research emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions to enhance products and processes.Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and design libraries.Evaluate and specify electrical components for custom customer orders and engineered projects.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, controls engineering, or industrial automation.Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical design principles.Experience with industrial control systems, electrical schematics, and panel design.Working knowledge of UL, NEC, NFPA, CSA, and other applicable standards.Experience supporting manufacturing operations and product development initiatives.
