Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot product-related issues, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure smooth product usage. The candidate will work closely with Development and QA teams to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
• Analyze customer issues and identify root causes.
• Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Development and QA teams for complex issues.
• Reproduce, document, and track software bugs.
• Assist customers with product features and technical queries.
• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and explain product features, functionality, and usage.
• Monitor recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and FAQs.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of React.js, .NET Core, and MS SQL Server .
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and web applications.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand and debug technical issues.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing/support tools is preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, Software Support, or a similar role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field .
