Program Manager - Learning & Development

Role Summary: 10 to 18 LPA Program Management for a new gen college for entrepreneurship In-office role, based in Express Chambers, Royapettah, Chennai About IVB: IVB - Institute of Venture Building, is a new age institute for entrepreneurship, focused on experiential learning Core to our programs is students learn beyond classroom lectures, by building real businesses. And core to execute these, is support from the program team to bring the best out of students and mentors. Our flagship is a 3 year full-time UG, with 1 year of classes, 1 year of internships, and 1 year of venture building. Responsibilities: Faculty Relations: Cultivate relationship with industry experts, from identification and onboarding as faculty to execution of delivery Student Success: Guide students through the program, tracking progress to enhancing engagement and learning Program Design: Co-design experiential learning modules for existing and new programs Program Operations: Facilitate smooth execution of program, managing schedules, content and logistics. Desired Profile: The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in learning & development or coaching, enjoys talking to people, and has a passion towards education and entrepreneurship Selection Process: Screening based on profile 1-2 rounds of interview
