Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Motion Graphic Designer and 3D Animator will create high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and visual assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, in-app experiences, and social media. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate concepts into storyboards, style frames, and animated sequences; designing and animating UI flows, logo treatments, and explainer videos; and optimizing assets for web, mobile, and social platforms. The role also involves managing the end-to-end motion pipeline—from idea and visual research to production, revisions, and delivery—while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a startup environment, iterating quickly, and providing creative input on narrative and visual direction.

Qualifications
- Strong motion design and motion graphics skills, including experience creating animated sequences, transitions, and visual storytelling for digital products.
- Experience in video production, including storyboarding, asset preparation, basic editing, and preparing content for different channels and formats.
- Proficiency in graphic design and graphics creation, with the ability to develop visually coherent layouts, icons, and branding elements that support motion work.
- Hands-on experience with 2D/3D animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) and familiarity with preparing assets for web and mobile.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and an understanding of current design and animation trends relevant to SaaS and consumer tech products.
- A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 3D animation, and design work; prior startup or product-focused experience is a plus.
- Relevant education in design, animation, visual communication, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
