We are working on a project with one of Asia’s largest communities of women and allies in technology, focused on creating opportunities to learn, connect, and build the future of technology. The upcoming event is scheduled to take place in Bangalore on 20th, 21st, and 22nd January 2027.

As part of the project, we are reaching out to companies across Bangalore to drive audience acquisition and sponsorship opportunities. We are looking for a proactive and confident Project Executive who can work closely with the project team throughout the activity, supporting business outreach, corporate engagement, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1)Calling and coordinating with senior-level decision-makers and key contacts across companies to drive audience participation and explore business opportunities.

2)Driving corporate outreach and follow-ups with potential sponsors and companies to explore sponsorship and audience participation opportunities.

3)Managing and coordinating email campaigns and follow-up communication.

4)Maintaining daily activity reports, lead trackers, and outreach updates.

5)Coordinating with clients/companies and ensuring timely follow-ups.

6)Supporting the day-to-day coordination and execution of project outreach activities.

7)Assisting with other project-related tasks required to ensure smooth execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1)Smart, confident, and proactive with a professional approach.

2)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3)Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and business decision-makers.

4)Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.

5)Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, email communication, and basic reporting.

6)Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

7)Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

8)Preferably someone who can commit consistently throughout the project period.
