Assembly Incharge - Pumps

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pump assembly operations and achieve production targets

• Handle gears, castings, housings, shafts & machined components

• Manage assembly line, manpower, line balancing & shop-floor activities

• Monitor productivity, WIP, rejection, rework & quality

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores & Planning teams

• Ensure material availability and accurate SAP/ERP reporting

• Drive process improvement, safety & corrective actions

Looking for:

Candidates with experience in Pump / PTO / Hydraulic / Gearbox / Transmission / Mechanical Assembly , along with strong team-handling and shop-floor management skills.
