Purpose of Role:
To support the creation, coordination and delivery of communications, training and enablement activities across transformation programmes. The role is responsible for drafting communications, developing user-friendly training materials, supporting training delivery, maintaining LMS content and helping users build confidence in new systems, processes and ways of working.
Scope:
Global coverage with focus on APAC markets. No direct reports. Supports the Communications & Training Lead, programme team, market teams, change champions, super users and delivery teams by creating, maintaining and delivering communications, training and LMS content across multiple transformation workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, tailor and maintain internal and external communications including FAQs, programme updates, market communications, leadership briefing materials, user announcements and client-facing content.
• Translate programme, process and system information into clear, simple and audience-friendly messages for different stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain training and enablement materials including SOPs, user guides, quick reference guides, training decks, process walkthroughs, knowledge articles, videos and eLearning content.
• Support LMS creation and administration, including course set-up, content upload, learning pathway maintenance, learner enrolment, completion tracking, reporting and content version control.
• Coordinate and support training delivery, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, issuing learner communications, tracking attendance and collecting feedback.
• Deliver training sessions, webinars, workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for end users, change champions, super users and delivery teams, with support from the Communications & Training Lead where required.
• Maintain content repositories and asset libraries, ensuring communications, training documents and LMS materials are current, well-organised and aligned with agreed standards.
• Create reinforcement content such as reminders, adoption tips, FAQs, how-to guides and post-training materials to support sustained usage after deployment.
• Capture learner questions, feedback, gaps and recurring issues; consolidate insights and recommend improvements to communications, training materials and support content.
• Support reporting on communications activity, training completion, learner feedback and readiness indicators for programme governance.

Technical Skills:
Essential:
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to draft clear communications, FAQs, updates and training content for varied audiences.
• Practical content creation skills across SOPs, user guides, quick reference guides, training slides, knowledge articles, videos and reinforcement content.
• Confident training delivery and facilitation skills for end users, super users, change champions and operational teams.
• Good LMS administration capability, including uploading content, maintaining courses, tracking learner completion and producing basic reports.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills, with the ability to manage training logistics, content deadlines, version control and multiple stakeholder inputs.
• Ability to simplify system and process information into practical, user-friendly guidance.
• High attention to detail, quality, consistency, formatting and document control.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving transformation environments where priorities and materials evolve quickly.

Desirable:
• Experience using LMS platforms such as Workday Learning, SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Moodle or equivalent.
• Experience using content creation or digital learning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Stream, SharePoint or equivalent.
• Experience supporting system training, technology deployments or business transformation programmes.
• Experience working with communications, training, change champion or super user networks in a multi-market environment.
Relevant Experience
Essential:
• 3-5+ years in communications, training, learning and development, enablement, change support, transformation support or programme coordination.
• Experience creating communications and training materials for system, process or business change initiatives.
• Experience supporting training delivery, LMS administration, learner tracking, content maintenance and stakeholder communications.
Desirable:
• Experience supporting shared services, global delivery hubs, professional services or multi-market transformation programmes.
• Experience working across Operations, Finance, HR, Commercial, Technology, Risk or delivery teams.
Education and Professional Qualification
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in communications, learning and development, business, technology, education, transformation or a related discipline.
Desirable:
• Certification or training in learning design, facilitation, digital learning, PROSCI, Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent professional qualification.
