About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager (B2C) to join our Bengaluru team. The role involves leading a sales team, driving on-ground sales initiatives, managing customer acquisition activities, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading from the front, managing territories, driving team performance, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the sales team.
• Assign territories and set clear revenue targets and KPIs.
• Drive on-ground sales and local outreach campaigns.
• Monitor lead generation and ensure effective follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with parents and students.
• Track and review daily and weekly sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales; Ed-Tech experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in leading a sales team.
• Experience managing a team of 10–15+ members .
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Kannada – Mandatory.
• English and Hindi – Mandatory.
• Laptop – Mandatory.
• Vehicle – Mandatory.
