About the role
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Marketing Coordinator to keep our ecommerce marketing work running smoothly. You'll work across our digital, creative, and client-facing teams — tracking projects, supporting content, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks as we scale.
This is an entry-level role suited to someone with strong written English, an eye for detail, and a genuine interest in ecommerce marketing. You'll work closely with senior team members, learn how a marketing agency operates end to end, and grow into greater ownership over time.
What you'll do
Coordination & operations
Coordinate day-to-day workflows across digital, creative, and client-facing teams
Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines using our project management tools
Schedule and prepare for internal meetings — take notes, distribute action items, and follow up on completion
Act as a point of contact for cross-functional requests and route them to the right people
Keep shared resources, content calendars, and internal documentation organized and up to date
Content & reporting
Assist in building and managing content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Linked In, website, etc.)
Write, proofread, and quality-check copy, captions, and creative assets before they go out
Repurpose and format existing content across different platforms and formats
Support research for blogs, social posts, and campaigns
Prepare clear, well-formatted presentations (PPT) and performance reports for internal and client use
Coordinate with designers and video editors to keep content on schedule
What we're looking for
1–2 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, content, or agency support role
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail
Confident with Power Point / presentation building and pulling together clean reports
Comfortable writing and proofreading marketing content
Comfortable using AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, etc.) to draft, edit, and speed up everyday work
Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple moving pieces
A team player who enjoys keeping people aligned and projects on track
Interest in ecommerce and digital marketing (agency experience is a plus, not a must)
Nice to have
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Click Up, or similar)
Exposure to social media scheduling or content tools
