B&amp;M currently has 20 partners operating from 15 offices, headed from Mumbai, and supported by a team of more than 200 qualified professionals, associates, trainees, and support staff.<br /><b>Role Description</b> This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Delhi metropolitan area for Chartered Accountants (Freshers), Articles, and Paid Assistants in Internal Audit and Forensic Audit. The role involves supporting and conducting risk-based internal audits, assisting in forensic audit assignments, and performing detailed testing of controls and processes. Responsibilities include documenting findings, preparing working papers and reports, performing data analysis, and supporting IFC implementation and review activities. Team members will liaise with clients to gather information, understand business processes, and contribute to recommendations that improve controls and mitigate risks. The role also includes learning and applying relevant standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements while working under the guidance of senior professionals.<br /><b>Qualifications<br /></b><br /><ul><li>Professional background such as Chartered Accountant (qualified or fresher), Article trainee, or commerce graduate/postgraduate with a strong interest in internal audit and forensic audit.</li><li>Foundational knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, risk assessment, and basic taxation and accounting principles.</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, identify exceptions, and support forensic reviews.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills for report drafting, documentation, and client interaction.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with using audit tools or data analysis software.</li><li>Ability to work diligently in an on-site team environment, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.</li><li>High ethical standards, integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and work in a structured professional setting.</li><li>Prior internship or exposure to internal audit, forensic audit, or risk advisory is advantageous but not mandatory.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?6m5T5ppj%2bf7CMfhSGn6VRt%2bOi0gzTZ%2f0b" width="0" height="0" />
