We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups.

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.

• Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with students and prospective customers.

• Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.

• Ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory.
• Edtech Expeience Is a Plus
• Candidates from any sales background are welcome.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and passionate about building a career in sales.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
