Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven spoken English/IELTS educator who can help students achieve their target band scores through structured guidance, real-time feedback, and interactive learning methods.

If you love teaching English, correcting speaking & writing mistakes, and shaping global careers-this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live spoken English classes (online)
• Design lesson plans focused on:
• Daily conversation
• Grammar in context
• Vocabulary building
• Pronunciation improvement
• Encourage active participation and speaking practice
• Provide personalized feedback to students
• Track student progress and maintain performance reports
• Prepare students for:
• Interviews
• Public speaking
• Group discussions

What We're Looking For -

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in English or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of Spoken English teaching experience
• Strong command of English (spoken & written)
• Ability to conduct engaging and interactive sessions
• Experience handling international students
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to motivate low-confidence learners
